These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between zedbaj ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers on, or otherwise makes use of the website located at zedbaj.app and all associated services, products, and features offered therein.

By completing the zedbaj registration process, by accessing your account via the zedbaj login page, or by placing any bet or wager on the platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. Your acceptance extends to all policies referenced herein, including the zedbaj Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

If you are accessing zedbaj on behalf of a legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and references to "you" in these Terms shall include that entity.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to register and maintain an active zedbaj account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current or former employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of zedbaj or any of its affiliated entities.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion programme that would prohibit you from accessing online gambling services.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

2.2 Registration Process

To create a zedbaj account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number registered to a Bangladeshi mobile wallet where applicable.

You agree to promptly update your registration information whenever it changes. zedbaj is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one zedbaj account. Operating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different registration details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If zedbaj identifies duplicate accounts attributable to a single individual, all accounts may be suspended, bonus balances forfeited, and any winnings derived from such accounts may be withheld pending investigation.

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your zedbaj login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTP) issued to your registered mobile number as part of two-factor authentication. zedbaj will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

You agree to notify zedbaj immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any suspected compromise of your login credentials. zedbaj will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials confidential or from your failure to report a suspected breach in a timely manner.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

zedbaj operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering principles. You may be required to submit identity verification documents, including but not limited to a government-issued national identity card, passport, or utility bill, before being permitted to make a withdrawal or when requested by the zedbaj compliance team at any time.

Failure to complete identity verification within the timeframe specified by zedbaj may result in the temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is complete. zedbaj does not penalise players for undertaking KYC in good faith.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as inactive. zedbaj reserves the right to apply a dormancy administration fee to inactive accounts as set out in the applicable fee schedule published on the platform. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied, and any remaining real-money balance will not be reduced below zero.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

zedbaj accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels, all denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT):

• Banking Institutions: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank

Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change. The current list of available methods is displayed at the zedbaj cashier section. zedbaj does not accept cryptocurrency payments or transfers from third-party accounts not registered to the account holder.

4.2 Deposit Terms

Deposits to your zedbaj account are processed in real time for mobile wallet transactions (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay), with funds typically reflecting in your zedbaj balance within 60 seconds of a confirmed mobile wallet transaction. Bank card and bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing institution. Minimum deposit thresholds are displayed in the cashier and are subject to change with reasonable notice.

zedbaj does not charge processing fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. You are responsible for understanding any fees levied by your mobile wallet provider or bank.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (see Section 3.2). zedbaj aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed in the cashier section, which are indicative rather than guaranteed due to factors outside zedbaj's control, including payment provider processing times.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability. zedbaj reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal above a specified threshold as displayed in the cashier.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

zedbaj operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering principles. We reserve the right to investigate any transaction that appears unusual, and to delay or refuse to process withdrawals pending the outcome of such investigations. Players found to be using zedbaj to facilitate money laundering or any other financial crime will have their accounts permanently closed and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

zedbaj offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, IPL, BPL, and major cricket tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer, which take precedence over these general bonus terms in case of conflict.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless the specific bonus terms explicitly state otherwise, bonus funds credited to your zedbaj account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as applicable) must be staked before withdrawal eligibility is granted. The wagering multiple applicable to each promotion is stated clearly at the time of offer.

5.3 Bonus Validity

All bonuses carry an expiry period, after which unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited. Bonus expiry periods are displayed within the player's account bonus section. zedbaj is not obligated to remind players of approaching bonus expiry dates, though it may choose to do so as a courtesy.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

zedbaj employs detection systems to identify patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim introductory bonuses, placing low-risk or hedged bets designed solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal variance, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have its bonus balance and associated winnings forfeited and may face permanent account closure.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on zedbaj are subject to the specific rules applicable to the product or market in which the bet is placed. These rules are published within the relevant product section of the platform and are deemed accepted by the player at the point a bet is confirmed. A bet is not accepted and no financial commitment is created until a confirmation message is received by the player.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets on zedbaj. These limits are displayed within each game or market interface. zedbaj reserves the right to apply individual account-level stake restrictions at its discretion, particularly where unusual betting patterns are detected.

6.3 Errors and System Faults

In the event of a software or system error that results in a game outcome being displayed incorrectly or a payout being calculated in error, zedbaj reserves the right to void the affected bet or game round and return the staked amount to the player. zedbaj is not liable to pay out winnings generated as a result of a system fault, display error, or pricing error, regardless of whether the player believed the outcome to be legitimate at the time.

6.4 Match Fixing and Fraud

Any player found to have placed bets on markets that they had prior knowledge were subject to fixing, or who is found to have participated in any arrangement involving collusion, fraud, or manipulation of sporting outcomes or game results, will have their account immediately suspended, all funds frozen, and the matter reported to relevant authorities. zedbaj cooperates fully with investigations into sporting integrity issues.

zedbaj is committed to providing a safe and sustainable gaming environment. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and we take our responsibilities in this area seriously. The following tools are available to all registered players directly from their account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations after which you will be automatically logged out of the zedbaj platform.
• Cool-Off Periods: Take a temporary break from gambling by activating a cool-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cool-off, login is restricted and no marketing communications will be sent.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the zedbaj platform. Self-exclusion is enforced at the authentication level — an excluded player cannot log in regardless of credentials entered. A minimum self-exclusion period of six months applies.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the zedbaj platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any zedbaj content without prior written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of zedbaj intellectual property — including scraping, mirroring, framing, or systematic extraction of platform data — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zedbaj shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the zedbaj platform, even if zedbaj has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

zedbaj's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your zedbaj account in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

zedbaj does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, error-free, or free from harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may affect platform availability. zedbaj will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where reasonably practicable.

11.1 Suspension by zedbaj

zedbaj reserves the right to suspend your account immediately and without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to believe that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, manipulated games or betting outcomes, or posed a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

11.2 Permanent Account Closure by zedbaj

Following investigation of a suspension, zedbaj may elect to permanently close the account. Upon permanent closure for cause, any bonus balance and associated winnings may be forfeited. Real-money deposits (net of any applicable deductions) will be returned to the registered payment method following completion of identity verification, except where the funds are subject to a legal hold or regulatory investigation.

11.3 Account Closure by the Player

You may close your zedbaj account at any time by submitting a closure request to [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, zedbaj will process any outstanding verified withdrawal and close the account within a reasonable timeframe. Voluntary account closure does not constitute self-exclusion — if you wish to prevent future re-registration, you must activate self-exclusion via the responsible gaming tools in your account dashboard.

zedbaj reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations — zedbaj will provide notice of the change via the email address registered to your account or via a prominent notice on the zedbaj platform, at least seven (7) days before the change takes effect.

For non-material changes, zedbaj may update these Terms without advance notice, and the updated Terms will take effect from the date of publication on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the zedbaj platform after the effective date of any change to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.3.
